# Troubleshooting

Start from the symptom:

* [Signature missing](troubleshooting/signature-missing): a delivered message has no signature,
  or the wrong one. Read the `X-ScaiLine` header first; it names the reason.
* [Images](troubleshooting/images): images shown only after a click, listed as attachments, or
  broken.

For anything not covered, quote the full `X-ScaiLine` header line and the `Message-ID` when you
contact support. ScaiLine never stores message content, so those two values are the only handle
on what happened.
