Troubleshooting

Start from the symptom:

• Signature missing: a delivered message has no signature, or the wrong one. Read the X-ScaiLine header first; it names the reason.
• Images: images shown only after a click, listed as attachments, or broken.

For anything not covered, quote the full X-ScaiLine header line and the Message-ID when you contact support. ScaiLine never stores message content, so those two values are the only handle on what happened.
